Cal14.2c (P04158) Protein Card

General Information
Name Cal14.2c
Organism Conus californicus
Organism region Eastern Pacific
Organism diet piscivorous
Protein Type Wild type
Protein precursor Cal14.2c precursor (4015)
Notes Zazueta-Favela et al., 2019 reported that cal14.2c increased intracellular IL-10 production in Treg (CD3+CD4+Foxp3+) cells and decreased intracellular IL-17 production after 72h of culture. Cal14.2c did not show any effect on T cell proliferation nor on Th1/Th2 balance.
